Tess is an experienced HR professional with strong expertise in multi-jurisdictional HR, management information and remuneration benchmarking. She specialises in supporting clients with market insight, salary data and senior-level workforce analysis, bringing clarity and precision to complex people and reward decisions.

She began her career with a Big Four accounting firm, building a solid foundation as a generalist HR practitioner before expanding her experience across Bahrain, the Cayman Islands, London and Luxembourg. This international background gives her a well-rounded perspective on organisational structures, talent markets and governance expectations.

Tess joined Polymetrix in 2024 as an Executive, supporting the day-to-day operations of the business and working closely with clients to ensure the accuracy, consistency and quality of Polymetrix’s data and reporting. She is valued for her professional, considered approach and her commitment to delivering reliable, insight-driven outcomes for clients.
